THE STORY OF AUDACIOUS CANINE
For some resason, since a very early age I always connected with animals, especially dogs, better than with humans. I grew up in a 10 story building, housing estate concrete jungle in Eastern Europe with a Mom who was absolutely terrified of any kind of dog, so I was not allowed to have my own. So every day after school I spent my afternoons roaming around the blocks trying to find people who were walking their dogs and asked if I could pet the pups. I spent my weekends playing with my Grandma's neighbour's dog and I spent my summers drawing every single dog from a book that described the world's all known dog breeds.
When I got older I helped out at shelters to walk and care for abandoned, sick and old dogs and when I moved to the US and was ready to settle down, I decided that I will marry the man who gets me a dog... ( guess who did that?) It was just natural that when doing all the research about ketones, learning about how they can improve human health and while I was creating the Audacious ketone supplements, it was always in the back of my mind that dogs might benefit from using them too. When a friend of a friend asked for help with their dog suffering from epilepsy and we found out that the ketone supplement I sent them significantly reduced seizure frequency I knew that many other dogs might need this. So I started experimenting and worked on fine tuning a ketone supplement specifically designed for dogs to improve their vitality and metabolic health in general.
My first dog, Ryan was fostered from the Tampa Humane Society when he was 5 weeks old and I just could not let him go. Keeping him happy and healthy at his age (approaching 13 years young) was a great motivation for me during the process of creating this product. As a lab mix, he could swim for hours if I would let him, his love for water inspired me to incorporate aquatic ingredients into the ketone mix that are high in protein and micronutrients. He still enjoys his daily walks (~5miles/day on average), he loves sunbathing, watching over his grazing cow and sheep friends and the never ending shenanigans with his best friend, Scooby.
